We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with our family of five. Our driver was quiet, professional and helpful when we needed something. The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
It was my first time on this route and I was with a small family group. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
