The driver gave honest estimates about travel time instead of promising impossible timings. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
After a long gap, we finally managed a long-pending family trip with my wife and parents. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. We completed the trip, but a few timings felt rushed and need better coordination.
I chose this itinerary because my sister and parents were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. Priya explained the itinerary in a very simple way and was patient with our questions. No major complaint from our side.
