The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. For our family, the arrangements worked well.
I chose this itinerary because two senior family members were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. The trip worked well for a mixed-age family group. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.

We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.
