The heritage sites were the reason we booked this route, and they did not disappoint. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.
Our group was my husband and parents, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.
We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my parents and two kids. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. It was a good, straightforward experience.

The trip felt organised without being too tightly scheduled. The only thing we would change is giving a clearer estimate for the longest driving day.
