Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. There was one early morning that felt tough, but it helped us avoid a lot of crowd. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
