The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
I was travelling with my parents and two kids, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. We skipped one shopping stop and used that time at the monument we liked more. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
It was my first time on this route and I was with my parents. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
