We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The journey went well, with a few small coordination points that can be improved. The driver suggested starting one day earlier than planned, and it helped us avoid the crowd.
This trip was mainly for my wife and two children; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days.

Road travel took time, but the driver was patient about tea and washroom breaks. My mother walks slowly, and nobody made us feel hurried. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
We planned this as a trip with senior citizens, and I was travelling with two friends. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. Happy with how the journey was handled.
