The trip was booked mostly for my husband, and I joined them. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan.

My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. For our family, the arrangements worked well. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.

We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. Road travel took time, but the driver was patient about tea and washroom breaks. Happy with how the journey was handled.
