The transport was coordinated properly and the sightseeing order avoided unnecessary backtracking. We also appreciated that the day-wise route was practical for the time we had. It would help if hotel and pickup details were reconfirmed a little earlier on busy days.
I was travelling with my father and younger brother, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.

The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. My mother walks slowly, and nobody made us feel hurried. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
