Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. We kept one evening light and just walked around nearby instead of adding more sightseeing. The route was covered, but there is room to improve communication and daily timing.
It was my first time on this route and I was with my husband and our daughter. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. For our family, the arrangements worked well.
