The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
Booked this after discussing the route with a small family group. Our driver was polite and drove steadily, especially on the longer stretches. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.
