It would help if hotel and pickup details were reconfirmed a little earlier on busy days.
We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with my parents. We stopped at a normal local restaurant for lunch and it was better than expected. No major complaint from our side.

The children were tired by evening, so having some free time helped. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
