Booked this after discussing the route with my parents and two kids. We liked that the plan could be adjusted slightly when needed. Our driver was quiet, professional and helpful when we needed something. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

The route stayed close to the itinerary and the driver handled the longer sections well. The day-wise route was practical for the time we had. The service was good; slightly more proactive updates during traffic or weather changes would make it better.
We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my parents and uncle. We enjoyed the morning sightseeing most because the crowd was lighter. For the price and planning, we were satisfied.
