We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with two senior family members. We liked having time to just sit with tea and enjoy the weather. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.
We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my cousins. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
After a long gap, we finally managed a family vacation after a long gap with two friends. The scenic stops between towns were as enjoyable as the main sightseeing. For our family, the arrangements worked well.

One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.
