After a long gap, we finally managed a pilgrimage we had been planning for months with my father and younger brother. Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. We liked having time to just sit with tea and enjoy the weather. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.

My parents needed an extra break after lunch and the driver was fine with it. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.
