Booked this after discussing the route with my sister and parents. Traffic was heavy near one town, but the rest of the day was relaxed. The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.

We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. The driving felt safe and there was no unnecessary speeding. No major complaint from our side. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.
