This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply a school-holiday trip with my wife. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The driver gave honest estimates about travel time instead of promising impossible timings. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.

We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with my mother and aunt. The scenic stops between towns were as enjoyable as the main sightseeing. The driver knew the route and did not rush us at the stops. For the price and planning, we were satisfied.

This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply a relaxed holiday with my brother and his family. The day-wise plan was clear, so we knew what time we needed to be ready. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.

The trip was booked mostly for two senior family members, and I joined them. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. We completed the trip, but a few timings felt rushed and need better coordination.

I was travelling with my parents and uncle, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. We enjoyed the viewpoints more than the crowded market areas. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. Would be comfortable booking with the team again. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.

Went with my parents and uncle. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. My parents needed an extra break after lunch and the driver was fine with it. The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.

This trip was mainly for my parents and two kids; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. The winding roads were handled carefully and nobody in our group felt rushed. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure.

We had limited days, and my wife and two children were travelling with me. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help.
