We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my sister and parents. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help.

Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. The route was covered, but there is room to improve communication and daily timing.
Booked this after discussing the route with my father and younger brother. The market area was busy, so we chose to return early and rest. We had a clear idea of the next day's plan, which made mornings easier. For the price and planning, we were satisfied.

We had limited days, and two senior family members were travelling with me. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. We liked having time to just sit with tea and enjoy the weather. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days. We skipped one minor stop and used that time to rest, which suited our group better.

We travelled on the Manali Shimla Tour Package 6 Nights 7 Days with family and covered Shimla and Manali. The daily plan was simple to understand and the important stops got proper time. What made the route easier for us was that the day-wise route was practical for the time we had. A short evening WhatsApp update would make the next morning easier for families.

Our group was my wife, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. The winding roads were handled carefully and nobody in our group felt rushed. We had a clear idea of the next day's plan, which made mornings easier. One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure.

We planned this as a family get-together, and I was travelling with our family of four. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. We got enough breaks on the road, which mattered because elders were travelling with us. The winding roads were handled carefully and nobody in our group felt rushed. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
