This trip was mainly for my parents and uncle; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days.
After a long gap, we finally managed a long-pending family trip with my wife. Remya was responsive and easy to coordinate with. My mother walks slowly, and nobody made us feel hurried. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.

Traffic was heavy near one town, but the rest of the day was relaxed. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.

The service was good; slightly more proactive updates during traffic or weather changes would make it better.
