We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
After a long gap, we finally managed a trip with senior citizens with my husband and our daughter. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.

After a long gap, we finally managed a long-pending family trip with our family of four. We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier.
