The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle. We kept one evening light and just walked around nearby instead of adding more sightseeing. Road travel took time, but the driver was patient about tea and washroom breaks. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
I travelled with our family of five for a pilgrimage we had been planning for months. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. No major complaint from our side.
