One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.
Booked this after discussing the route with my wife and parents. We enjoyed the viewpoints more than the crowded market areas. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days.

Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
