We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my sister and parents. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The schedule had enough structure without making every hour feel fixed. We came back happy with the trip.
This trip was mainly for two friends; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. We came back happy with the trip. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
I travelled with three college friends for a comfortable road trip. The vehicle was comfortable enough for the distance we covered. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. For the price and planning, we were satisfied.

One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
