This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply a few days away from work with three college friends. The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help.

Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
