The pickup and drop points were explained properly, which saved time. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.
We had limited days, and two friends were travelling with me. The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.
I was travelling with my parents, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. The vehicle was comfortable enough for the distance we covered. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.

The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change.
