We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.
I was travelling with my mother and aunt, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. The driver knew the route and did not rush us at the stops. For our family, the arrangements worked well.

One hotel check-in took a little time, but the rest of the trip was smooth. We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. No major complaint from our side. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
