After a long gap, we finally managed a long-pending family trip with my wife and two children. We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
We planned this as a comfortable road trip, and I was travelling with my father and younger brother. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.

We liked having time to just sit with tea and enjoy the weather. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
