This trip was mainly for my husband and parents; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. The day-wise plan was clear, so we knew what time we needed to be ready. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days.

Went with my parents and two kids. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. The children liked the cooler weather and the open spaces. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
