We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. The schedule had enough structure without making every hour feel fixed. No major complaint from our side. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
It was my first time on this route and I was with my parents and uncle. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
I chose this itinerary because two senior family members were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. We enjoyed the viewpoints more than the crowded market areas. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
