I chose this itinerary because my parents and uncle were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. The winding roads were handled carefully and nobody in our group felt rushed. The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. We came back happy with the trip. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.
Went with my husband and parents. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. The trip was good overall; just a little more advance timing information would help.
After a long gap, we finally managed my parents' wish with my wife. We liked having time to just sit with tea and enjoy the weather. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
