I was travelling with my sister and parents, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. We changed one small stop during the trip and it was handled without any fuss. We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. It was a good, straightforward experience.

We kept some time for an evening walk instead of doing nonstop sightseeing. The day-wise plan was clear, so we knew what time we needed to be ready. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.

This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply a family get-together with my husband. Priya explained the itinerary in a very simple way and was patient with our questions. The driver gave honest estimates about travel time instead of promising impossible timings. The day-wise plan was clear, so we knew what time we needed to be ready. My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. For the price and planning, we were satisfied.

We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with our family of four. Priya guided us properly before departure and checked the important points with us. We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. The winding roads were handled carefully and nobody in our group felt rushed. The day started on time and the route was handled sensibly. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.

We planned this as a birthday trip for my mother, and I was travelling with my husband. The children were tired by evening, so having some free time helped. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier.

We had limited days, and my wife were travelling with me. The driver gave honest estimates about travel time instead of promising impossible timings. My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.

Went with my parents and two kids. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. The day started on time and the route was handled sensibly. We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. We came back happy with the trip. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

After a long gap, we finally managed a pilgrimage we had been planning for months with my parents. The children were tired by evening, so having some free time helped. The vehicle was comfortable enough for the distance we covered. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.
