The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent.

The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. The hill roads were handled carefully, which mattered because my parents were travelling. The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.
We had been talking about this trip for a while, so I finally went with my brother and his family. The quieter viewpoints were our favourite part of the trip. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days.

One small suggestion: confirm hotel and pickup details a little earlier.
We had limited days, and two friends were travelling with me. The driver knew the route and did not rush us at the stops. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
Went with my parents and two kids. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. The old city section was busy but worth seeing. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days.
