Our family used the Kumaon Lakes & Wildlife Expedition 2026 mainly to visit Nainital and Kumaon hills. The route was easy to follow and we did not waste time deciding local transfers each morning. One thing that worked well was that we liked having wildlife time mixed with the regular sightseeing. A short evening WhatsApp update would make the next morning easier for families.

This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply a short spiritual break with my mother and aunt. The children enjoyed the outdoor stops more than the market area. The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. We stopped at a normal local restaurant for lunch and it was better than expected. Happy with how the journey was handled.
