The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. We enjoyed the trip and would only suggest more detail about the longer travel days. The driver suggested starting one day earlier than planned, and it helped us avoid the crowd.
I was travelling with my sister and parents, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan.
I chose this itinerary because my husband and parents were joining and I did not want an overpacked schedule. We preferred a slower pace and that was respected. The lake and hill views made the long drive feel worth it. No major complaint from our side.
