One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.

It was my first time on this route and I was with my husband and our daughter. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. The weather changed suddenly, so the extra buffer in the plan helped. For the price and planning, we were satisfied. We kept one evening free instead of adding more sightseeing, and that was a good decision.
I was travelling with my cousins, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. We got enough breaks on the road, which mattered because elders were travelling with us. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.
We had limited days, and my husband were travelling with me. Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. Would be comfortable booking with the team again. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.
