We had limited days, and my parents were travelling with me. Remya was responsive and easy to coordinate with. The day-wise plan was clear, so we knew what time we needed to be ready. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
We joined from another city and were a little unsure about coordination, especially with my parents. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.

The plan was practical and left a little breathing room between sightseeing. No major complaint from our side. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
