Booked this after discussing the route with my parents and two kids. We had extra luggage and the driver helped us fit it without making an issue. This was not a luxury trip for us; it was simply a school-holiday trip with my sister and parents. The lake and hill views made the long drive feel worth it. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
Went with two senior family members. We were more interested in a comfortable trip than ticking off every stop. My mother walks slowly, and nobody made us feel hurried. No major complaint from our side.
