My father appreciated a tea stop in the middle of the drive. We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.

After a long gap, we finally managed my parents' wish with my parents and uncle. We changed one small stop during the trip and it was handled without any fuss. The trip did what it was supposed to do without unnecessary hassle.
