It was my first time on this route and I was with my wife and two children. Rahul stayed available when we needed clarity on the pickup point. The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. We liked having time to just sit with tea and enjoy the weather. One day traffic delayed us, but it did not spoil the sightseeing. For the price and planning, we were satisfied. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
