Booked this after discussing the route with my wife. Rashmi followed up on the important details and that reduced last-minute confusion. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. The driver gave honest estimates about travel time instead of promising impossible timings. No major complaint from our side.

I travelled with our family of five for a short spiritual break. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. Pickup was on time and we did not have to keep calling for the vehicle. The children liked the cooler weather and the open spaces. For the price and planning, we were satisfied.

After a long gap, we finally managed a few days away from work with my parents and uncle. We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. The hotel was simple, but the room was clean and that was enough for us. No major complaint from our side.

We liked that the important places were covered without turning the day into a race. We returned with good memories, which was what we wanted.
