One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.

The longer travel days were balanced with lighter sightseeing where possible. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.
We enjoyed the package and the driver was supportive throughout. The Bodh Gaya to Rajgir, Nalanda and Patna day has quite a lot of sightseeing and travel. Sharing the approximate time required at each place beforehand would make the day easier to plan.
The overall trip was well organised and we especially enjoyed Ayodhya, Varanasi and Bodh Gaya. Some days involve several hours on the road. A short daily update about travel time and expected rest stops would make the service even better.

I was travelling with my brother and his family, so I was watching the pace and comfort closely. We stopped at a normal local restaurant for lunch and it was better than expected. I would recommend the itinerary to families who prefer a relaxed pace.
