It would help if hotel and pickup details were reconfirmed a little earlier on busy days.

We liked that there was enough time to look around instead of just taking a photo and leaving. My parents needed an extra break after lunch and the driver was fine with it. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.
