Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service. We had a small delay at check-in, but the rest of the day stayed on track.

The driver knew the route and did not rush us at the stops. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early.
Booked this after discussing the route with a small family group. There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. One small suggestion: share the next day's start time a little earlier.
