The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. We had rain for part of the day and the plan was adjusted reasonably. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.
It was my first time on this route and I was with my wife and two children. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.

The car was neat and the AC worked well on the warmer parts of the trip. One small suggestion: send a short evening update when the following day starts early. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
Booked this after discussing the route with my parents. The market area was busy, so we chose to return early and rest. We enjoyed the viewpoints more than the crowded market areas. We were satisfied, though communication could be slightly faster on busy days.
