We had limited days, and my parents and uncle were travelling with me. The children were tired by evening, so having some free time helped. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.

The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. One small suggestion: mention the longer driving days more clearly before departure.
