Booked this after discussing the route with my parents. Most of the timings matched what had been discussed before departure. We spent less time shopping and more time at the places we had actually come to see. Nothing major went wrong, though a little more proactive communication would improve the service.
After a long gap, we finally managed a family get-together with three college friends. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. I would recommend the itinerary to families who prefer a relaxed pace.
