The trip was booked mostly for my sister and parents, and I joined them. The itinerary worked better than trying to arrange local transport on our own. Good experience overall, but families with elders would benefit from clearer timing notes.

We did not need constant phone support, but when we asked something we got a reply. The order of stops made sense and avoided unnecessary backtracking. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan. We also appreciated being able to take an extra tea break when my parents needed it.
It was my first time on this route and I was with my wife. The children liked the cooler weather and the open spaces. The driving felt safe and there was no unnecessary speeding. Would be comfortable booking with the team again.
