We had limited days, and my wife and parents were travelling with me. We liked having time to just sit with tea and enjoy the weather. Even when traffic slowed us down, the driver stayed calm and adjusted the plan. It was a good, straightforward experience.

The main arrangements were fine; only the daily updates could be a little more consistent. One thing I liked was that nobody objected when we asked to slow the day down a little.

It saved us from arranging cabs and hotels separately at every stage. The itinerary was sensible and the day-wise route was practical for the time we had. The only thing we would change is giving a clearer estimate for the longest driving day.
The trip was booked mostly for my mother and aunt, and I joined them. The hill drive itself was one of the nicest parts of the trip. I would recommend the itinerary to families who prefer a relaxed pace.
