The cab was clean and the driver was easy to coordinate with. One small suggestion: give slightly clearer information when traffic or weather changes the plan.
This trip was mainly for two friends; I just wanted the days to be easy for everyone. The trip felt organised but not overly controlled. We came back happy with the trip. My mother was more comfortable than I expected on the longer drive.

We skipped one minor stop and used that time to rest, which suited our group better.

The trip worked, but I would expect faster updates when timings change.
