There was no confusion about the main route or overnight stops. We appreciated that the driver did not push unnecessary shops or extra stops. A short WhatsApp update every evening would make the next morning easier.
Our group was my parents and uncle, so timing and breaks mattered more than covering extra places. We did not feel that places were added just to make the itinerary look bigger. Road travel took time, but the driver was patient about tea and washroom breaks. …
